GreenPhylDB
A phylogenomic database for plant comparative genomics

GreenPhylDB is a comprehensive platform for comparative genomic analyses of Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa FULL GENOMES. GreenPhylDB offers the most complete plant family list manually curated. The major part of these families have been analyzed with our optimized phylogenomic pipeline. GreenPhylDB is the only plant database that provides an indicator of phylogenomic prediction. In addition, GreenPhylDB includes GOST (GreenPhyl Orthologs Search Tool) to predict phylogenomic relationships between any other plant sequence and O.sativa /A.thaliana gene(s).

GreenPhylDB Statistics

Arabidopsis thaliana genes (TAIR): 30471
Oryza sativa genes (TIGR): 50173
Families manually curated: 6425
Families phylogenetically analysed: 4424
